The California Coastal Commission unanimously approved a five-year permit, meaning this year’s airshow will take place as planned Oct 3-5 (LINK)

A new City Treasurer: appointed Jason Schmitt, after Alisa Backstrom’s retirement from the position (1:01:40 - 1:12:42)

Parking fine increases: voted unanimously to update parking fines, expecting to generate $1M in new annual revenue (1:57:57 - 2:25:01)

Magnolia Ave improvements: accepted a $4.7M award from OCTA to improve corridor from Magnolia to Adams in Southeast HB (2:27:00 - 2:30:54)
