City Council meeting recap ⚖️ 

Pelican Harbor project financing: after a lengthy discussion, voted 4-3 to delay any decision on how best to finance this senior housing project until an October 28 special meeting (1:16:13 - 2:37:43)

Financial literacy classes: free financial literacy classes, starting November 12, will be open to all residents through a partnership with United Way (40:15 - 43:35)

An invitation to the OC Registrar: voted unanimously to invite the OC Registrar of Voters, Bob Page, to a future City Council meeting for a balanced perspective on election security (2:37:48 - 2:47:37)
