The 18-unit property located at 7701 Yorktown Ave recently sold for $7.4M (LINK)

Kluwe to run for State Assembly seat 📰

After Gracey Van Der Mark’s announcement in May (LINK), Chris Kluwe has also thrown his hat in the ring for this 72nd Assembly District seat in 2026 (LINK).

The current officeholder, Diane Dixon (R-Newport Beach), isn’t seeking re-election.

HBPD leads e-bike safety program 🚲️
