Shawn Kortes needs a kidney.

Many of you have seen him at 25 Degrees or recognize him from the HB Quarantine Cuisine group on Facebook. He and his wife Jenny grew up in HB.

Shawn is fighting polycystic kidney disease and because his blood type is O-negative, he can only accept a donation from an O-type donor.
