This congregation’s parent organization is selling their Delaware Street property, as the Surf City Church explores other spaces for service (LINK)

Tank Farm development progresses 🚧 

Shopoff Realty Investments, owner of this 28.9 acre property, recently secured $60.9M in financing.

With plans for 200+ single family homes, an affordable multifamily community, and a boutique hotel, they’ll aim to start construction in Q4 of this year.
